About Vail Soul Music Fest Youth Day:
The newest music event in Colorado, the Vail Soul Music Fest Youth Day brings together artists, trained clinicians and 150 middle school students. Now in its third year, student participants will enjoy educational sessions, daytime performances and mentoring opportunities with artists.
Youth Day is an educational and cultural event with a commitment to the preservation of soul music. Students will participate from the Denver area and Summit County.

Artists and Mentors
Past artists and clinicians from Youth Day include hip hop violinist Lee England Jr. and neo soul artist Liv Warfield with her band members. Youth Day is also pleased to host adult mentors from various organizations who will serve as facilitators and student chaperones to provide students with an opportunity for peer/adult interaction throughout the day. VSMF's Youth Day will unite some of the most talented clinicians, artists and educators from across the state. We select over 12 artists/clinicians based specifically on their depth and breadth in the area of soul music and ability to share their passion and knowledge with our younger souls.
